• We test your water quality in your home each time we service your equipment. Our certified water technician will test your purified water for dissolved solids (inorganic) and compare it to your raw water. The percentage rejection is recorded and noted in your owners manual and on our service card.

• We build each unit to meet your water conditions from NSF certified parts. Each area in Hawaii has slightly different water. Our technical department knows what these conditions are and will configure each reverse osmosis purifier to meet the conditions for your water. All components used in the fabrication of the equipment are certified by NSF. This organization monitors the quality of product. We use NO AFTER MARKET parts.

• We provide service 365 days a year. If our office is closed we will respond to your needs at the beginning of the next day. Our service staff is on call at all times.

• Your equipment is on record. Just like your doctor has your medical history we will keep track of your equipment history. When our service technician arrives at your home he will have this information with him so he can provide you with exactly the service you need.

• We contact you when service is recommended. Our customers are notified by letter of all scheduled service requirements and cost prior to scheduling.

•Service is scheduled by appointment at your convenience.

• Uniformed certified water technicians are dispatched by cellular phone. If you have an emergency situation we can usually have a technician at the location with in the hour.
